About Phoenix

The "Phoenix" guided meditation genuinely teaches people to reclaim life energy wasted on dwelling on past experiences. Our psyche is designed to accumulate memories, like clutter in a house, but unlike a house, we aren't taught how to clear this mental debris. These excessive, unnecessary memories overload our consciousness, leading to informational aging. A person "burns out" psychologically, no longer truly living but merely existing, losing touch with the vibrancy of life. Their profession and family cease to interest them. Learning, absorbing new information, staying active, and remaining relevant become difficult. Life turns gray and monotonous. They lose value at work and faith in their abilities, becoming melancholic pessimists.

However, by reorganizing one's psyche and sweeping away the clutter of useless memories—without forgetting them but shifting them from one part of consciousness to another—life becomes exciting and joyful again. You can create, love, and be strong and active, remaining youthful and tireless, blending life and professional experience with creative energy. Even after trying the "Phoenix" meditation practice just a few times, people feel an extraordinary surge of creative energy! Practice and stay robust, strong, and active!

Reclaiming Vitality with Phoenix: Living Fully in the Present

To avoid aging, we must live in the present. To live in the present, we must retrieve our entire life-force from the past. It is strange but true, our lives linger in the past through our emotional memories. There's no need to leave our emotional energy—our vitality—in the past, and we need it in the present to live fully here and now. The slogan "here and now" is the motto of our time. To be strong, to be genuinely alive, means not being tethered to the past in any way. The past is gone, and life happens now. We must be present now, not reminiscing about what was or being immersed in it. With all due respect to the older generation, we know that older people often live in the past, with no present. Their eyes are dull, turned inward. In quiet, hollow voices, they speak of things long gone. They aren't here; they're there. Fading into oblivion is a natural conclusion of dissolving into the past. Those who cannot live here and now die. For a person to thrive, to live here and now, to direct all their vital energy to the present, they must—absolutely must—reclaim their energy from the past. Leave nothing in the past. Impressions and memories will always remain; that's the law of life. You can't erase anything from memory. But you don't have to leave your life-force there. We need our life-force here and now. We must rejoice in life here and now, be here and now—always here and now. This is the purpose of this practice.

In our time, success can be achieved using modern, refined psychological techniques. This practice was developed over decades by practical psychologists addressing the mental health challenges of urban dwellers. By using this technique, you can genuinely improve your psyche's functioning and reclaim your vital energy from the past to use it here and now. Every person, until their final biological moment, has the right to maintain clear consciousness and full bodily functions. To practically implement this program, three conditions must be met.

First: You must consciously and courageously decide to live here and now, love here and now, suffer here and now. With full resolve and courage, you must choose to reclaim all your vital energy from all past memories—even the best and most pleasant ones—to use it here and now in your life. When you let go of sentimentality, you'll be able to truly live here and now, take full responsibility for life here and now, and live actively and fully.

Second: Create an unwavering intention to complete this reclamation of vitality from the past until total victory. Don't allow yourself to slip back into rotten sentimentality or weakness of spirit. Be disciplined and focused, and, regardless of external conditions, reclaim your energy with the regularity that ensures undeniable success.

Third: This condition is somewhat unusual. You need to find the "magic word," the key phrase, that you used to dismiss or devalue certain past impressions from your memory. When a past event became uninteresting, you likely did something automatically to strip it of importance. Perhaps you waved your hand and said something like "eh," "nothing," "trivial," "not interesting," or "nonsense." These keywords, or "erasers," which nullify the significance of events, are formed in childhood and now operate unconsciously and automatically. We've forgotten these words, so some effort is needed to recall them. Eraser words are best remembered in a relaxed state, immersed in memories. Recall moments of such dismissals or rejections—there are many. During the practice, you'll find words you used even in early childhood; these are the most effective. The practice of reclaiming energy from past impressions will show which words strip events of significance and which don't. It's crucial to find these key words before starting the primary practice of energy reclamation. One can use eraser words to reassess significance in both normal and immersed states of consciousness.

Now, let's outline the primary technique, which consists of several stages:

Stage 1: Muscle relaxation following audio commands, duplicated by your inner voice to develop the skill of controlling your body's muscles.

Stage 2: Entering a state of visualizing images to heighten sensitivity and refine inner perception.

Stage 3: Reviving a natural, joyful state of consciousness by aligning our senses and experiences with nature's higher manifestations. Through this attunement, we reach a state of maximum openness and harmonious connection with ourselves and the world.

Stage 4: Comparing the natural state of consciousness with states tied to past events. Here, you learn to reassess the significance of past events and relationships.

Stage 5: This stage, which may last months to years depending on age, involves searching for significant events and reframing them.

Stage 6: Evaluating results in a normal state of consciousness. If you've reclaimed even some energy from memories, you'll feel energy, vigor, joy, and well-being in your normal state. Gradually, waves of memories or nostalgia diminish. Keeping a journal to record reframing results is essential for strategic energy reclamation.

Stage 7: Reframing during sudden waves of memories in daily life. After experiencing the results of energy reclamation during meditation, you'll be able to reassess sudden memories in a normal state. This makes you a true "hunter" of memory energy, filling your life with strength and joy.

One important note: There are several reframing approaches. You might delve into early childhood, removing significance markers from events and progressing to adulthood. However, if later events block childhood memories, it may make sense to review events from the present day backward to birth.

We wish you success in mastering and applying this rejuvenation and energy reclamation method!

Phoenix: The Guided Meditation

To begin, find a comfortable position and relax. Scan your inner sensations. Your breathing is even and calm. Everything I say, repeat to yourself silently. In this way, we learn to control ourselves and manage our state.

Focus your attention on your face. Feel your face, your forehead. Your forehead relaxes. There’s a sensation of lightness in your forehead and pleasant relaxation. Your eyebrows, eyelids, and eyes relax. Your nose and cheeks relax. Your lips and teeth are unclenched. Your tongue feels warm and heavy. Pleasant relaxation and warmth spread to your neck and the back of your head. Your face and head are pleasantly relaxed and calm.

Focus your attention on your arms. Feel your arms. Notice how your arms begin to warm and relax. Focus on your palms and hands. Your hands warm and relax. Pleasant relaxation and warmth rise higher, filling your forearms. Your forearms are warm and relaxed. The warmth rises to your shoulders. Your shoulders relax and warm. Your arms are warm and relaxed. There’s a pleasant sensation of calmness in your arms. Your face and head remain relaxed and calm.

Focus your attention on your legs. Feel your legs. Your legs relax and warm. Your feet relax and warm. Feel the pleasant warmth filling your feet. The warmth rises higher, filling your calves. Your calves are warm and relaxed. Lovely warmth and relaxation fill your knees and thighs. The warmth spreads pleasantly through your thighs. There’s a sensation of calmness and relaxation in your thighs. Your legs are warm and relaxed. The warmth rises higher, filling the lower abdomen and then, the entire abdomen. A sensation of calmness and warmth fills your abdomen. The warmth rises further, filling your chest. Your heart beats evenly, calmly, and rhythmically. Your breathing is light and free. You feel warmth throughout your entire body. Your body is warm and relaxed.

Focus your attention on your breathing. Feel your breath. Your breathing is even and calm. Concentrate all your attention on the sensations of exhaling, on the feeling of ease and tranquility that the exhale brings. Immerse yourself deeper into this pleasant sensation of peace. Dive deeper and deeper into the depths of your emotional ocean, where there is silence, calmness, and comfort.

Focus your attention on your chest. Imagine your emotional space as a large living room. In this living room, live its residents—your emotions and experiences. Observe these residents, their character, their expressions, their qualities. These residents in the living room receive incoming impressions and perceive the surrounding reality. Each reacts to these perceptions in their own way, according to their nature. Notice what this living room looks like. Observe and become aware of the specifics of your emotional space. Then, open all the doors and windows of this living room and let in streams of fresh air and sunlight. Rays of sunlight fill every corner of the living room. The living room is filled with freshness and the warmth of the sun. The residents—your emotions and experiences—under the influence of sunlight and warmth begin to change and transform. Very pleasant sensations of warmth and harmony arise in your emotional space, filling it completely.

Shift your attention upward to the inner space of your head—your working office. Observe what’s happening here. What is the state of this office? Is there a lot of unnecessary clutter, junk, thoughts, or tensions associated with those thoughts? Gather all this clutter, junk, tension, and thoughts into a pile and sweep them out of the inner mental space of your working office. A sensation of clarity and sharpness emerges in your mind.

Now, imagine a lotus flower at the crown of your head, an unopened lotus bud. Above the flower, the sun is shining. The sun’s rays touch this unopened bud, and under the influence of sunlight and warmth, the petals begin to open. The flower blooms and allows streams of sunlight and warmth to enter the inner space of your head.

Light, golden light, and warmth fill the inner space of your head. The inner space of your head is filled with golden light and warmth. The light and warmth descend lower, filling the inner space of your neck. The golden light and warmth fill your shoulders, forearms, and hands. The light and warmth fill your chest, abdomen, thighs, calves, and feet. Your entire body is filled with this golden light and warmth. Your body overflows with light, begins to radiate it, and glows.

Now, imagine a forest at the end of May, with yourself in this forest. It’s morning. The sun is rising. Birds are singing. The grass is lush and green. You sense the fragrance of blooming spring flowers and fresh greenery. The entire forest is filled with the sounds of awakening nature. You hear the birds singing and the rustle of leaves. A warm breeze gently caresses your body. You connect with nature with your entire being. Observe how your body relaxes and how your emotional experiences and thoughts shift. They are subtle, secondary, merely describing what you see, feel, and sense. Nearby, a stream gurgles. Its sound blends with the other forest sounds, and you hear a melody—a pure, delightful melody of awakening nature. You are open, maximally open to perception. You feel how the life within you aligns and merges with the life around you—with the forest, the grass, the flowers, the birds, and the stream.

The sky above is blue. A sense of spaciousness and freedom resonates with your inner feelings of freedom, lightness, and soaring. You feel at one with nature. Memorize this state, this state of maximum openness and relaxation—your essential, true state. Take note of what you feel in this moment, how your experiences have changed, and how your thinking and understanding have shifted. What sensations are present in your body at this time?

Now, from this state, look back at the past day. Recall all the places you’ve been. Remember the events associated with those places. Then, shift your focus to the most emotionally charged events of that day. Recall them. Remember the experiences and emotions tied to them. Recall the state you were in. Compare that state to the essential state you just experienced and memorized. What has changed? What thoughts or experiences emerged? What tensions or sensations appeared in your body?

Observe how, through such reactions, we lose our vital energy. Feel how this energy drains from us through the emotions tied to the event, binding us and causing us to return to it in our memory again and again. The more such events and emotions we experience—like rivulets entering a river—the larger becomes the stream through which our health and life force flow away. We become depleted. Feel the process of this depletion. Create an intention to reclaim the energy from the events to which our emotional memory binds us.

Feel the emotion—perhaps fear—that ties our emotional energy to the event, and SEVER that connection by returning to your essential state while still in that situation. Return to the essential state you experienced in the forest, the state of maximum relaxation, openness, and transparency, and break the connection. The thread is cut. Observe the energy of the event that you left behind. Feel this energy, reclaim it, and return it to your essence. This reevaluation process restores energy to your essence.

Go through the process of severing the connection and reclaiming energy again. Shift your focus to the events that trouble you. Observe the emotion tying you to that situation and release it by transitioning to your essential state of maximum transparency and openness, then reclaim the energy. Return it to your essence.

Now, reflect on the most significant, memorable places and the events associated with them over the past week or month. Recall the places and events, and select the most impactful ones. Remember your state during those moments. Identify the most prominent emotion or reaction tying you to the situation. Observe the emotional energy left there. This energy causes you to return to that situation in your memory repeatedly, thus depleting your consciousness of its life-force. In that state, in that event, recall your essential state—the state of maximum relaxation, openness, and transparency—and reclaim the energy lost in that event. Do the same with other memorable events from the past month. Follow the same process to reclaim energy. Recall the event, your state during it, and the emotions and experiences tying you to it. Then, transition to your essential state at that moment and reclaim the energy from that event and situation.

Now look at the past year. Before you is a year of your life. Recall the most significant, memorable places and any events associated with those places. Where were you? Which places do you return to in your memory? What events took place there? Which people were connected to them? Start with the most striking, meaningful events. Recall your state during those moments. Transport your consciousness to that event. Remember the emotions you experienced there. Observe how your energy flows into the event through these emotions, binding you to it. Then, by shifting to your essential state of maximum openness and relaxation in that moment, reclaim your energy from that event.

Work through this process with other events from the year.

Now, before you is your entire lived life. Review, from the present to the past, the most significant places you often return to in your memory. For example, places tied to where you’ve lived. Review the places you’ve lived in, moving from the present to the past. Recall the most emotionally charged events connected to these places. Remember the people associated with those events.

Now, begin to examine these events in detail, as you’ve done before. Think about your current place of residence. Remember the events tied to this place. Move from the present to the past, covering the entire period of living in this place, the events throughout that time, and the people connected to those events. Start with the most significant event and recall it. Remember your state and the emotional experiences during that moment. Feel the emotional energy you left there. Shift to a state of maximum relaxation and openness, and reclaim your life energy, returning it to your essence. Do the same with other events tied to this place of residence.

Next, recall the previous place you lived and the significant, memorable events associated with that place, along with the people connected to it. Choose one event that troubles you most often. Recall your state at that time and the emotions and experiences tying you to that event. In that moment, activate your essential state and reclaim the energy invested in that event. Work through other events tied to this place of residence in the same way. Recall the events and the people associated with them. One by one, begin to reclaim the life energy from these events, returning it to your essence.

Now you are back in the spring forest. It’s late May, and nature is awakening. Morning, sunrise. Birds are singing, and a stream is gurgling. Nature is stirring from its slumber, and you awaken along with it. You are entirely open to perceiving your surroundings. You feel the forest and the birds and breathe in the scents of spring flowers. The awakening energy of life fills you, and you breathe, inhaling and absorbing this life energy. You feel your body. The entire body breathes, and the energy of delight, joy, life, and awakening enters through the surface of the body, filling all its inner space, its organs, and every single cell. You focus all your attention on the sensation of inhaling and feel yourself becoming more and more filled with freshness—a sense of youth, joy, life, delight, and strength. You are filled to the brim with this energy, inflating like a balloon, and it propels you to the surface of your consciousness. You open your eyes and fully return to yourself.
